I have read the following and understand that: 

1. This application does not automatically admit the applicant to Family Montessori School Society (FMSS). 

2. The applicant must be toilet learnt by school entry. 

3. The admission process includes an interview by the teachers with the applicant. 

4. a) Should this application be accepted, the student and his/her parents/guardians agree to comply with the rules of FMSS. 
   b) The Montessori program is a 3 year cycle.  It is ideal for every child to complete the 3 year program.  However in the unlikely event that there are more kindergarten applicants than spaces, the teacher in conjunction with the Principal, will review the applicants.

5. FMSS is a cooperative parent-run organization and parents are required to:
   (a) Render a service to the school; or
   (b) Pay a fee of one month's tuition in lieu of service.

6. All tuition fees are payable in advance (by postdated cheques) at the time of registration. 

Please include: Cdn $50.00 application fee (non-refundable) and mail to appropriate school address.
