Step One: Attend our Open House
New applicants should attend our Open House hosted in February of each school year. On this evening you can submit an application form and fee.

To attend an Open House or make an appointment to observe the program without your child at Jericho Hill School call 604.224.2633; for Sitka Square School call 604.731.8810.

If you cannot attend our Open House but would still like to submit an application for your child, please send a completed application and payment to our office.

Step Two: Submit Application and Application Fee
Submit the form(s) with the application fee. The fee covers the cost of processing the application.

If you can attend the Open House, please submit your application at that time. If you cannot attend the Open House, please mail your completed form and fee to our office at 4196 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 4J5

Step Three: Meet the Teacher and Parental School Observation
Upon receiving your application, FMSS will arrange an appointment so that your child may visit the school and meet with a teacher. We will also set up a parental observation of the class program (parents only).

Step Four: Acceptance
Acceptance letters for preschool applicants are mailed out by the end of Term 2 (Spring). When enrolment is full, accepted applicants are placed on a school list and are contacted if an opening becomes available and they fulfil age and gender requirements.
