Registration for 2012/2013:
General Registration for September 2012 is Now Closed
Occasionally we may have spots that become available during the year. Following Montessori principles, to balance the ages and genders in our classes, we will post a
special registration announcement about the specific ages and genders we are looking for to fill those spots.If you are interested in attending Family Montessori, please check back often for updates.
Special Registration Announcement
Our Jericho Hill Location is accepting applications for their September 2012 Extended Day Kindergarten Program; they are looking for 5 year old boys and girls. If you are interested in Montessori Kindergarten for your child please submit an application form and fee to our office toady!
Registration for 2013/2014:
Registration will open and we will begin accepting applications for September 2013 on November 15th 2012; however, we do not keep a chronological wait list based on when applications are recieved. As such, we recommend attending our Open House in late January/early February 2013 and submitting your application at that time.
How to Apply:
Step One: Submit Application & Application Fee
Complete an application form and submit it, along with the $50 application fee, to our office at 4196 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 4J5. The fee covers the cost of processing the application.

Step Two: Parental School Observation
Upon receiving your application, FMSS will arrange an observation of the class program for PARENTS only – No children.
Step Three: Visit the school & Meet the Teachers
After the observation we will arrange an appointment for you and your child to view the school & meet the teachers. It will be an informal interview.
Step Four: Acceptance
Acceptance letters for preschool applicants are mailed out by the end of Term 2 (Spring). When enrolment is full, additional applicants are placed on a wait list and are contacted if an opening becomes available (dependant upon age and gender requirements).
