Both of our classrooms run extended-day kindergarten programs, allowing children to bloom in the culmination of a three-year developmental stage that Maria Montessori observed as a part of natural development. The third year consolidates their knowledge and provides an opportunity for the children to bring their educational, social and mentoring skills to fruition. The mixed-age grouping in the classroom allows the kindergarten children to practice responsibility, to be leaders and to offer support to others. Our kindergarten program follows Provincial curriculum while still allowing the children to gain the benefits of the Montessori environment.

Please note that children applying for our extended-day program must have previous Montessori experience.
